does this remove icloud lock even without id and password?

Ive connected my phone, and set it into recovery mode, after I purchased the Iphone Passcode Unlocker, and it has been loading "my device info" for hours. I've attempted atleast 5 times. Is there something wrong with the app? What can I do to make it actually work?

My iPhone 7 is disable and connect to iTunes. I have tried to force restart the iPhone and put the device into Recovery mode, but they all failed. I have no choice but FoneGeek. Thankfully, this software successfully fixed this issue.

My Apple ID is locked and I don't know what the security question is. Thanks god! My iCloud account is removed with FoneGeek.
